Humanitarian Aid
Since the fall of the Berlin Wall (November 1989) and the Romanian Revolution (December 1989), New Hope has been working in Eastern Europe primarily in Romania and Moldova, sending trucks of food, clothing, medicines and other vital supplies to orphanages, hospitals, families and other desperately needy groups.
Along with the truck loads of supplies, we have built, refurbished, replaced and installed everything from toilet, sewage and water filtration systems to heating systems and replaced windows in orphanages keeping hundreds of children safe and warm.
Our news archives contain articles since 1980 highlighting much of our work in Eastern Europe.
