Conferencing Prices & Booking


We sell two packages - a 4 hour room hire and an 8 hour room hire. Details of these are as follows:



4 hour day Delegate Package

  • 4 hours room hire. We will assign the room that best fits your conference type and number of delegates.
  • On arrival: Tea / Coffee for all delegates.
  • Mid-Session: Tea / Coffee and Muffins / Pastries for all delegates.
  • Complimentary mineral water, sweets, stationary, flip chart and pens will be provided.
  • Whiteboard, multimedia projector, DVD / VHS, studio speaker system, television and overhead projector all available on request, subject to availability.
  • Cost for this package is £12.50 per delegate for the full 4 hours.



8 hour day Delegate Package

  • 8 hours room hire. We will assign the room that best fits your conference type and number of delegates.
  • On arrival: Tea / Coffee for all delegates.
  • Mid-Morning: Tea / Coffee and Muffins / Pastries for all delegates.
  • Mid-Day: Soup and Sandwich lunch for all delegates.
  • Afternoon: Tea / Coffee and Biscuits for all delegates.
  • Complimentary mineral water, sweets, stationary, flip chart and pens will be provided.
  • Whiteboard, multimedia projector, DVD / VHS, studio speaker system, television and overhead projector all available on request, subject to availability.
  • Cost for this package is £25.00 per delegate for the full 8 hours.


Please use the form below to book a conference. Please use the “other relevant info” box to inform us about anything we may need to know that’s not covered elsewhere, like maybe serious allergies or a requirement for disabled access. Once submitted the information will be automatically sent to our conferencing coordinators who will register the booking on the diary and call you back to confirm.  Please note, if you enter your e-mail address correctly on the form below, you will also be sent a copy of the form as a confirmation that the booking has been submitted. If you have any queries or concerns regarding your online booking, or you just wish to make sure we received it, please contact us via telephone on 0845 230 4673 monday-friday 0830-1730.


Please note that cancellations of any booking must be made in writing.  Cancellation 7 days prior to event will incur 25% of fee.  Cancellation 5 days prior to event will incur 50% of fee.  Cancellation less than 3 days notice or failure to attend will incur 100% of fee.  Each individual decision will be at the sole discretion of The New Hope Trust.
